When can I join the course? The course runs for 12 months and aims to ensure you have all of the knowledge required to join the Fellowship written course which focuses exclusivity on technique for the FEW. Trainees planning external rotations in the terms prior to the written are invited to join the course up to 18 months prior to the 6 month FEW course When considering the timing of your Fellowship written consider the following are you TS2/3 are you TR or SR do you have time and resources to commit 5 - 10 hours per week to exam prep If yes to all of the about - discuss with family/supports, DEMT, mentor. Key Considerations Before Enrolling When planning for the Fellowship Written Exam, consider the following: Are you currently in TS2 or TS3? Are you a Training Registrar (TR) or Senior Registrar (SR)? Can you consistently commit 5–10 hours per week to exam preparation? If you answered yes to all the above, we recommend discussing your plans with your family/support network, DEMT, and mentor.
