Mentoring at Monash Health

Monash Emergency strongly supports the role of mentors in supporting and developing the potential of their trainees.  The Emerging Physicians program has been established to ensure that all trainees have access to an Emergency Physician mentor.  The trainees have a role in the selection of their mentor, and the support of a Program Coordinator to guide them through the process.  Their mentor offers them a constant point of contact and guidance during all rotations, both within and outside the Emergency Department environment.
