46 year old man with chest pain

​Stem: 46 year old man presented by private vehicle following an episode of chest pain that has now resolved. No significant pmhx.
Describe the ECG
What is the diagnosis
What would you do with this patient?

Sinus rhythm, normal axis, no conduction abnormality. Bi phasic T wave in V1 V2 V3 with hi uptake ST segment in V2.

Dx - Wellens Syndrome highly specific for LAD stenosis even though pt is pain free.

Mx -
Aspirin 300mg,
Clexane 1.5mg/kg S/C or Heparin 500IU IV
Analgesia with Morphine or fentanyl based on BP and HR
Urgent cardiology consult and prepare pt for cath lab
