Emergency Medicine Trainee Education Site

Welcome to the education site for Monash Health Emergency Medicine Trainees. This site is designed to keep Emergency Medicine Trainees up to date with our current education program and resources.

​Wednesday 25th of April, 2018


  • There will be no teaching scheduled this week due to the public holiday.
  • The following Wednesday (May 2nd) has been set aside for ACEM activities so use this opportunity to book in for your ITA's, WBA's and mentoring sessions.
  • Participation in the education program is an expectation of all speciality training registrar's and an attendance roll is taken which will form part of your ACEM assessment.

TRAC Course
The TRAC course (Team response to AIRWAY CRISES) is a great inter-disciplinary course run by Monash Simulation.  It is aimed at critical care (ED, Anaesthetics and ICU) registrars and nursing staff.  Aiming to improve both airway skills and working in a team environment.  There are 2 dates currently on the calendar and are free to Monash health staff, there is expected to be a charge for subsequent courses.
